Shipping Policy

We take great care in packaging your artwork to ensure it arrives safely. All original pieces and prints are shipped flat or in sturdy tubes depending on size, protected by acid-free archival materials.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Custom framing or special requests may add an additional 2-3 days to this timeline.

International Shipping

We ship globally! International delivery times vary by destination (typically 7-21 days). Please note that customs duties or taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.

Shipping Rates

  • Domestic Shipping (Continental US): Free standard shipping (5-7 business days) on all orders.
  • Express Shipping (Continental US): Flat rate of $15.00 (2-3 business days).
  • International Shipping: Rates calculated at checkout based on destination.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your new art! If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return policy.

30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us at [email protected] with your order number.
  2. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions.
  3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Note on Damaged Items: If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us immediately (within 48 hours) with photos of the damage and the packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund right away.
